I probably have some of the warmest feelings and memories of fall 2017 when it comes to Nhu & Edwin’s wedding day at
Water Works, Philadelphia. They are an incredibly genuine and unique couple and so was their wedding day. The day was so relaxed and enjoyable for everyone, that it simply flew by in a blink of an eye. Here are just some of the highlights that we captured at this beautiful wedding for one of the best couples ever.
The bridal suite at Water Works has some extraordinary beautiful natural light for both wedding details and bridal portraits.
Seeing each other for the first time is one of the most awaited and exciting moments of the wedding day for sure!
One of the best parts that I absolutely love about Water Works is that it provides an incredible view of the boathouses line. And if you are lucky, you might get that hot air baloon in the background as a bonus!
Water works provides phenomenal space for wedding ceremonies. When the processional was about to begin, we were lucky to have some some gorgeous light come through the drapes.
Edwin couldn’t be more happier to see Nhu walking down the aisle.
Unity candle ceremony should’t be boring at all.
It was wonderful to document how excited all family members and friends were for the new Mr. and Mrs!
These are the moments that will be treasured forever.
Right after the ceremony, we chased some glorious afternoon light to create some lovely portraits of the newlyweds.
One of the best things about Water Works is that it has such a great variety of backdrops within one-minute walking distance. And each spot is so ridiculously beautiful!
I’ve already mentioned that the boathouses are my favorite. And how gorgeous is Nhu in this glorious sunset light?!
So many beautiful spots around each corner!
The wedding receptions at the Water Works always look amazing. Especially when they are candle lit.
The first dance as husband and wife was emotional and touching.
The night was filled with tear-jerking speeches, loughs and many hugs from the loved ones. It was an honor to document all of those wonderful memories for our couple.
