We connect over the phone or Zoom for you to get a feel for what it’ll be like working together. We’ll chat about your dreams and visions and how we can make it all work.
PROPOSAL & CONTRACT
We’ll deliver your Proposal with a custom wedding Collection tailored specifically to your wedding needs, along with a retainer and a contract for you sign to secure your booking.
PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS
We'll work closely with you to ensure your photography vision come to life, providing necessary styling suggestions, portrait locations, permits, timelines and all other details, big or small.
Let’s relive your big day all over again! We know you can’t wait so we’ll send you 40-50 teaser photos 3-4 days after your wedding.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
A chance for us to capture some really beautiful, candid photos of just the two of you in a relaxed environment. Just the two of you, being you.

We love your work! How do we lock you in?
Once we chat and determine what wedding collection is the best fit for your day, we will send you a Proposal through an online form with your package details, payment schedule, a contract to sign, and a retainer invoice to pay. Just one link and a few steps is all it takes for you to book.
How much is the retainer?
The booking retainer is 40% from the total amount of your collection cost, and is due upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding day.
Can you hold our date?
We serve our clients on first-come-first-serve basis. The date is officially yours once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.
How long will it take to receive our photos?
It will take roughly six to eight weeks to receive your final gallery. We put a lot of love and care into perfecting each image, which is why it’ll take us a little bit more time to deliver your final images. If you’d like your photos sooner, please ask us about the rush fee.
Will you edit every single of our photos?
Yes. Every photo that you receive will be hand-edited, one at a time, and will have the same look as the photos on our website, blog and social media. We work really hard to ensure your wedding gallery has a consistent look from the beginning to the end.
How many photos will we receive?
The number of photos that will be delivered depends on many things - length of coverage, size of your family and bridal party, travel time in between the locations, etc. Our bare minimum is 800 photos for a ten-hour day.
How will we receive our photos?
Firstly, we’ll send you a handful of sneak peek shots a couple of days after your wedding. Six to eight weeks later, you’ll receive a link to your online gallery and slideshow to watch and relive your wedding day. Around the same time, you’ll also receive a beautiful package in the mail with a USB.
How will you protect our photos?
Right after we photograph your wedding, we will backup all of our memory cards in 5 different places right away. We will store your wedding photographs in two separate locations online and on three hard drives and computers.
Can I print my photos on my own?
Absolutely. High-resolution files are included in all of our packages, so you can do as many prints of any size as you want. You can easily order photo prints from us through your online gallery or print your photos through your favorite printing service.
What happens if A disaster strikes?
Life happens, we get it. This has never happened to us before and hopefully will never happen. However, if it did, we have trusted local contacts that will be able to step in. These are other talented photographers with similar style and experience who will take good care of you.
Will you help us choose the locations for photos?
Absolutely. If you already have an idea for a location and vibe in mind, we would be more than happy to help you execute your vision. If not, we have tons of location ideas for you to choose from that will be a perfect fit for your personal style.
Do you have vendors you recommend?
Yes, from years of experience in the wedding industry, we have come to work with some of the top wedding vendors, that we would gladly share with you.
